End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA" or "Agreement") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE LAYERS MOBILE APPLICATION ("App"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE APP.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Connectio Pty Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Layers mobile application and any related services.

2.1 Subscription Options

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Important: Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your subscription will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account and will automatically renew for the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device Account Settings after purchase.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the period for which you have paid.

2.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play store from which you made your purchase. Please contact the respective store support for refund requests. We do not process refunds directly.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Connectio Pty Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This includes sending your images to our AI processing partners (Wavespeed via BuildShip) for layer extraction.

5. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

5.1 Privacy Consent Requirement

Before using the App’s AI features, you must provide explicit consent for the transmission of your data to third-party AI services. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated EULA in the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.

12. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Connectio Pty Ltd regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
